Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya granules 2cup
  2. Onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Capsicum chopped 3tbsp
  4. Tomato 1chopped
  5. Jeera1tsp
  6. Rai 1tsp
  7. Karipatta 6-7
  8. Carrot chopped 3tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Chilli powder
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Pavbhaji masala
  13. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  14. Oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak soya granules in warm water for 10 minutes and then drain extra water
  2. Take a pan. Heat oil, add jeera, rai, karipatte, green chilli and saute
  3. Add onions, capsicum, carrot, and cook until tender
  4. Add tomatoes, put salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and mix well
  5. When mix leaves oil, add soya granules and mix properly. Put the lid over pan and lower the flame for 2 minutes
  6. Lastly add pavbhaji masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and turn off gas
  7. Soya Upma is ready to serve
