Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Water 800ml
  2. oil 1tsp
  3. Salt 1 1/2 tsp,
  4. black pepper powder1/4 tsp
  5. Chopped veggies like, tomatoes 2, lauki, 1/4cup, red pumpkin, 1/4 cup, french beans 3 to 4,
  6. Fresh coriander chopped
  7. Garlic crushed 2 pearls
  8. Maharashtrian thalipeeth flour 2 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil water add 1tsp oil, add one slit red chilly whole,
  2. Add chopped veggies.
  3. Boil for 15 minutes on medium heat
  4. Now make a smooth runny paste with water and thalipeeth flour.
  5. Add 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. Add salt and boil for 0 minutes
  7. Garnish with lots of fresh chopped coriander leaves
  8. Yummy soup with a Maharashtrian twist is ready.
