ABOUT Paneer Popcorn With A Twist RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gram paneer
  2. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  3. 2 tbsp oats powder
  4. ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  6. ½ teaspoon red Chilli Powder
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
  9. ⅓ cup all purpose flour
  10. ½ teaspoon oregano
  11. ½ teaspoon salt
  12. Water as required
  13. 1 boiled potato

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour.
  2. add red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, oregano, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. add water and mix all ingredients very well.
  4. cut the Paneer cubes properly.
  5. add paneer cubes and mix it well leave it aside for 5 minutes.
  6. In a another bowl add bread crumbs, oats powder and red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  7. Coat the Paneer with bread crumbs and oats powder.
  8. heat the oil and drop the Paneer cubes gently.
  9. Fry them until its turned into a golden brown colour.
  10. Take them until a plate.
  11. cut the slices into the boiled potato.
  12. Heat the non stick Pan and grease with a ghee.
  13. Now roast the potato slices and Sprinkle some salt on it
  14. Arrange roasted potato slices in the serving plate.
  15. Take the Paneer popcorn on it.
  16. Sprinkle some oregano on it.
  17. Enjoy paneer popcorn with a twist with a tomato ketchup.
