Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 10-12 green chillies
  2. 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  3. 2.5 to 3 cups water
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/2tsp kalonji
  6. 6-8 curry leaves
  7. 3-4tsp oil
  8. 1/4cup dessicated coconut
  9. 1/4 cup peanut roasted
  10. 1.5 tbsp sesame seed
  11. 1 medium onion sliced
  12. 1/2 inch ginger
  13. 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  14. Red chilli powder as per taste,
  15. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1/2 TSP garammasala

Instructions

  1. In a pan add a tsp of oil and roast onions till lightly brown.
  2. Add peanuts, sesame seeds, dessicated coconut. Roast for few minutes.
  3. Make a smooth paste with ginger garlic and all spices. Add water.
  4. For curry - Slit green chillies vertically. Heat oil and add mustard and nigella seeds with curry leaves. Add ground paste. Cook for few minutes then add tamarind pulp. Add water and let it cook then add salt, chillies and coriander.
