Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chilli -100 gm
  2. Coconut- 50 gm
  3. Coriander-20 gm
  4. Cumin powder-20 gm
  5. Ginger garlic paste -30 gm
  6. Oil 200 ml
  7. Diced onion -100 gm
  8. Peanut-50 gm
  9. Red chilli powder-15 gm
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Sesame seeds-50 gm
  12. Tamarind -5 gm
  13. Turmeric-5 gm
  14. Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
  15. Mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon
  16. Curry leaves -few leaves

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of the coconut, peanut, red chilli powder and sesame seeds.
  2. Deep fry the onion, then add in the above mixture and make a fine paste.
  3. Now make slits on the green chillies and deep fry them.
  4. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, then add in the cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves. Saute it well, then add in the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Next add in the prepared paste and cook for 2 minutes. Then add in the fried chilli and garnish it with chopped coriander.
  6. Serve them hot.
