ABOUT Japanese Fried Rice RECIPE

A fried rice dish with lots of veggies in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 carrots
  2. 2 bell pepper
  3. 2 bowls of rice
  4. 2 tsp soya sauce
  5. 2 onions
  6. 2 spring onions green stem
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 inch ginger
  9. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice for 10 minutes, then boil it with ginger and keep aside. On the other hand, finely slice the carrots, bell pepper and onions.
  2. In a wok or kadahi, put in oil to heat, then add in the onions, carrot and saute it.
  3. While the rice is hot, just break it with the help of laddle, then add in the bell pepper and saute. Next add in the salt, soya sauce, then add the rice in it and mix well.
  4. Finally add in the spring onions and it's done.

Nice recipe but the image is too bright, cant make out how the dish looks like.
