Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cous 1 cup
  2. water -1 1/2 cups
  3. Cucumber- 1/2 (finely chopped)
  4. Tomatoes- 1 big(finely chopped)
  5. Green pepper- 1 (finely chopped)
  6. Onion 1 finely chopped
  7. Parsely- 4 tbsp chopped
  8. Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Lemon- 2 tbsp
  11. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil water adding salt and 1 tbsp oil.Take cous cous and soak them in hot water for 5 minutes
  2. Put chopped vegetables, parsely and mint into the bowl and mix thoroughly with the couscous. Stir in the salt, lemon juice and olive oil and mix
  3. Serve garnish with paprika powder or peri peri
