Couscous is a super food.very very healthy and tasty.lot of vegetables and nuts make this salad more healthy. Couscous is full of nutrients that our body needs.it is reach in vitamin and minrelas like calcium,phosphoras.it is good sourse of protien,rich in dietary fiber, lower in calories then rice,help weight loss and digestion.it is very healthy food.person should take it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup couscous
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup chop onion
  4. 1/2 cup chop tomato
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1/2 cup chop cucumber
  7. 1 tbspp spring onion
  8. 1 tbsp cranberries
  9. 1 tbsp chop walnuts
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Pepper
  12. 1/2 lemon juice
  13. 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Take couscous in a bowl
  2. Heat 1 cup water add pinch of salt in it.
  3. When water boil add couscous
  4. Till then chop vegetables
  5. Add them in bowl
  6. Mix them
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. When couscous boil sieve it
  9. Let it cool
  10. Add lemon juice in bowl
  11. Add couscous and mix light handed
  12. Then add cranberries and chopped walnuts
  13. Lastly add some extra virgin olive oil
  14. Cool it in freeze
  15. Serve and enjoy
