Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 &1/2 cup rawa
  2. 3/4 cup fresh grated coconut
  3. 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. 6-8 cashewnuts coasely cut
  6. About a tbsp raisins
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
  8. 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Roast the rave in ghee over a slow flame till aroma wafts. Add in the coconut and stir for about 2 min Put it off the flame and keep aside.
  2. In a non stick pan add the sugar and water , dissolve and boil till a single string consistency. Add in all ingredients and mix well. Leave to cool for 10 min .Make ladus and relish the goodness.
