Indian sweets are really something unique especially when simple recipes like this taste heavenly. My all time favourite sweet which reminds me of the festivals. **Country : United kingdom

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rava (semolina) - 1.25 cups
  2. Sugar - 3/4 th cup
  3. Cardamom - 3
  4. Ghee - 1/4 th cup + 2 tbsp
  5. Raisins and cashew nuts (handful)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the Rava until it begins to smell. Set aside to cool down.
  2. Powder the sugar along with the cardamoms.
  3. Add the roasted Rava and blend together once more.
  4. Now fry for raisins and cashew nuts in some ghee.
  5. Add these to the Rava mix, along with rest of the ghee. Shape the mixture into small laddus.
