Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. To make base of chocolate mix:
  2. 1 cup Milk powder
  3. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  4. 3tbsp Drinking chocolate powder
  5. 3 tbsp cashew powder coarse
  6. To make sugar syrup:
  7. Sugar 1/4 cup
  8. 2 tsp water
  9. To make coconut filling:
  10. 1 cup dessicated coconut
  11. 1/2 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. To make base: Mix milk powder, cocoa powder,Drinking chocolate powder and Cashew powder.
  2. To make sugar syrup In a pan put Sugar and water. Mix till sugar melts.
  3. Add 2 tbsp ghee into sugar syrup. Cool it little
  4. Add to milk cocoa and cashew powder mix. Knead it well.
  5. To make coconut mix: In a pan put sugar and little water. Mix till sugar melts
  6. Add desiccated coconut and cook till mixture thickens.
  7. Cool and roll it thin on chopping board.
  8. To make Foolchakri: Make thin roundels of chocolate nuts mix, one of small size and one of big size, by rolling it on chopping board. Keep aside.
  9. Now assemble Foolchakri: First put small chocolate roundel. Encircle it with coconut mixture. Again put bigger chocolate roundel encircling coconut mix.
  10. To make Bomb: Make round balls of chocolate mix. Flatten it a little from the bottom. Dip them in silver balls from top side. And put halved almonds in the centre to look like baati/wick.
  11. To make fuljhadi: Take long wooden skewer. Roll the chocolate on it vertically. Decorate with cake decoration coloured balls.
  12. To make fountain bomb: I have made this in modak mould. Fill chocolate mix in mould. Fill in coconut mix in cenre. Press it and unmould. Put coconut mix wick/batti over it.
  13. Serve warm or chilled.
