Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Cashew powder 250 gms
  2. Sugar powder 150 gms
  3. Water small half cup
  4. Ghee 1/2 tea spn
  5. Bit cardamom powder
  6. Few spare cashew n almonds
  7. 1 butter paper

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan at low flame. Add water n sugar n make a fine syrup (no need to make one string chasni for recipe) Add cashew powder n make n fine dough consistency. .
  2. Add cardamom powder n ghee n mix again.. nw dough shud b in non sticky consistency in pan.
  3. Take out dough on butter paper n let it cool for 5 mins.
  4. Cover it wid another half cut butter paper n roll it 1 inch thick.
  5. Nw cut pc n mould it slightly like base of a duck n stick bottom cut complete cashew as neck of duck n almonds like as wings.
  6. Freeze it 1 hour it ill b set properly.
  7. Serve it wid lovd.. happy sweet diwali to all n betterbutter team.
