ABOUT Suji Coconut Laddu RECIPE

Yummy laddu prepared with suji, coconut powder and khoya.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gm suji
  2. 500 gm sugar which is powdered
  3. 250 gm Mawa
  4. Ghee as required
  5. 6-7 cardamom powder
  6. 1 cup coconut powder

Instructions

  1. Take sooji, add 4 tsp ghee and mix.
  2. Make a tight dough with warm water. Make cylindrical muthiya.
  3. Now take a pan, add ghee and fry these muthiya on a low flame. Till colour turns to pink.
  4. Keep these fried muthiya for cooking.
  5. Once it cools down, grind it in the mixture to make a powder.
  6. Now take a plate, put suji powder, cardamom powder, grated mawa, coconut powder, powdered sugar.
  7. Mix all ingredients properly and make yummy suji Laddu.
