Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh coconut 2
  2. 400 gm Sugar
  3. 1 pinch elaichi powder
  4. Dry rose petals to garnish
  5. 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Clean the coconut, take only the white portion and make small pieces. Then grind it in the mixer without any water.
  2. Put this mixture in a non-stick pan with sugar. Cook on a low flame for 15 minutes or till it becomes thick.
  3. Add in the elaichi powder and a few drops of lemon juice for the white colour laddu.
  4. Then turn off the flame and make the laddus when it's slightly hot.
  5. Coat it with desiccated coconut and put a little rose petal on it.
