Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup suji
  2. 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 cardamoms
  5. 6-7 cashews and almonds
  6. 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Roast suji in a pan and keep aside.
  2. Roast the grated coconut
  3. Grind roasted suji, coconut and sugar (If you want more sweet then you can increase the sugar quantity).
  4. In a pan, add ghee, cardamom and dry fruits.
  5. Saute it for a minute.
  6. Add dry fruits, cardamom and grind again.
  7. Take this ground material in a bowl or a plate along with the leftover ghee (Which we used to saute dry fruits and elaichi).
  8. Mix it properly and roll it to make small laddus.
