Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Agar agar - 5gm
  2. Milk - 2 cup
  3. Water - 3/4 cup
  4. Vanilla essence - few drops
  5. Malted white chocolate - 50 gm
  6. Dark chocolate - 1/2cup
  7. Fresh cream - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a wide bowl, take 3/4 cup of water. Add the agar agar and let it soak for 10-20 min. In the mean time, boil milk and add sugar, keep it boiling on low flame.
  2. Take soaked agar agar along with water and boil on medium flame. Agar agar will melt and mix with water. Stir it well until they dissolve completely.
  3. Now add this agar agar water through the strainer to the boiling milk. Keep the flame medium and mix well for a min, switch off the flame.
  4. Milk won't become thick now. Add white chocolate and vanilla essence and mix well. It will set once it starts to cool down. Then refrigerate for 30 min.
  5. Glaze: Place the chocolate in a medium bowl, heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat, bring just to a boil, watching very carefully because if it boils for a few seconds it will boil out of the pot. When the cream has come to boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
  6. Now remove the bowl and flip to the opposite side and pour chocolate ganache over the pudding.
  7. Allow to set and decorate as you like.
