Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk powder 2 cups
  2. Ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 can. (You can add more according to your taste)
  4. Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  6. Nuts of your choice 4 to 5 tbsp (Either powdered or finely sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add ghee and dry roast the milk powder for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the condensed milk and the cocoa powder. Mix well.
  3. Add in the nutmeg powder.
  4. The mixture starts leaving the sides and gets thickened in no time. Even if it does not, no need to panic as it solidifies after cooling.
  5. Add the chopped nuts and turn off the flame.
  6. Grease a dish and allow the mix to set either outside or in the fridge.
  7. After an hour or may be 40 minutes, cut into desired shapes and serve.
