Hang the curd in a muslin cloth. Squeeze to drain out all the extra water.
Take this hung curd in a bowl, add besan to it and mix together nicely. (No lumps)
Add chopped onion, green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger, salt, garam masala, kasoori methi and red chilli powder. Mix nicely.
Take a pan, add the above mixture to it and cook. Stir constantly on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes or till it turns thick and the mixture stops sticking to kadai. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
Wet your palm, roll small balls and flatten them in shape of tikki. Refrigerate it for half an hour.
Take them out at time of Frying. Deep fry them till golden brown and crispy.
