ABOUT Dahi ki kadi RECIPE

This is a yummy curry made with yoghurt and is very famous in punjabi ,gujrati etc.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5 bowl dahi
  2. 4 tp besan
  3. Garlic 2 pieces or as per choice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillies 4
  6. Rai 1 tp

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk dahi with 2 pinch hing ,4 tp besan.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add Rai to 5 tp oil ilor ghee
  4. Add 4 green chillies
  5. Pour whisked dahi
  6. Add 2 pieces of garlic finely chopped
  7. Add 2 pinch hing stir well.
  8. Bring a boil
  9. Dahi Kadi is ready
