Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5-6 boiled potatoes
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. Chopped Tomatoes
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil/Butter
  6. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  7. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  8. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  9. Amchur
  10. Curd
  11. Imli chutney
  12. Green Coriander Chutney
  13. 1 tea spoon cornflour or rice flour
  14. Bareek sev
  15. Chat masala
  16. Chopped dhaniya

Instructions

  1. Grate or mash boiled potatoes
  2. Add all spices and green coriander leaves and mix well
  3. Make tikkis by applying oil on the palm of hands
  4. On tawa put butter and roast till golden brown
  5. Take plate put tikki pour dahi on it add little red chili powder, chat masala, imli chutney and green coriander chutney, chopped onion and tomatoes and Garnish with bareek sev
