ABOUT Taka Tak Masala RECIPE

Mutton chops masala. A non veg dish which has liver mutton etc. In it we usually eat it on parties etc. With paav paratha or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mutton chops, liver etc
  2. Tomatoes 4
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  6. Oil as required
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For special powder:
  9. Whole corriander 1 tbsp
  10. Whole red chilli 2
  11. Whole jeera 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a cooker, add the mutton chops, tomatoes, little oil, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and cook till the mutton turns tender. Add garam masala, red chilli powder along with it. It will need 15 to 20 minutes to cook.
  2. While the time it cooks, prepare the special masala by roasting the ingredients and then grind into a thick powder.
  3. Add the special masala and cook until dry.
  4. Serve hot with paratha, naan, or roti.
