ABOUT Masala Chaas/ Taak RECIPE

It is yogurt based popular summer cooler/ good for digestion .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd/ yogurt 100 grams
  2. Chilled water 200 milliliter
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Ginger 1 piece very small
  5. Black salt two pinches
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Asafoetida a pinch
  9. Mint leaves few
  10. Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. Chop mint leaves and coriander leaves
  2. Coarsely grind chilli and ginger.
  3. Blend curd and water along with cumin powder, salt, asafoetida and black salt.
  4. Add ginger- chilli paste.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  6. Mix well, garnish and serve.
