ABOUT Shahi Veg Paneer Curry RECIPE

Vegetables and paneer cooked in tomato puree, cream and cashew gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mixed vegetables, diced and steamed lightly 1 cup
  2. Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  3. Tomato puree prepared from 2 tomatoes
  4. Onion, garlic, ginger paste 2 tbsp
  5. Cashew paste 1 tbsp
  6. Shahi paneer masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/4 to milk cream 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chilly powder as per taste
  10. Turmeric Powder 1/2 to 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion chilly garlic paste.
  2. Fry till golden brown and add the tomato puree to fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add cashew paste, garam masala and shahi paneer masala and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables, paneer and saute for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha.
