ABOUT Shahi Paneer and veg curry spinach lasagna(home made spinach lasagna sheet) RECIPE
Lasagna is an italian recipe but we indian had a soft corner for paneer so i made this fusion recipe of shahi paneer and spinach lasagna to satisfy everyone in the party kids as well as elders too.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For home made spinach lasagna sheets
all purpose flour 1cup
Spinach boiled and pureed 2table sooon
Garlic powder 1/2teaspoon
Salt 1/2teaspoon
Oil 1 table spoon
Oregano 1/2teaspoon
White pepper 1/2teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/2teaspoon
Ingredients for shahi paneer
paneer cubes 200 grams
Butter 2table spoon
Onion chopped 1table spoon
Cream 1table spoon
Cashews 1 table spoon
Garlic ginjer paste 1tsp
Turmeric
Red chilli powder
Garam Masala
Tomato puree 2table spoon
Kassori methi
Milk 1/2cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Elaychi powder 1tsp
Ingredients for veg curry
Potato chopped 1 /2cups
Onion chopped 1/2cup
Carrot chopped 1/2cup
Green peas boiled 1/2cup
French beans 1/2cup
Baby corn 1/4cup
Tri colour bell paper 1/4cup
Garlic 1teaspoon chopped
Tomato puree 2table spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1teaspoon
Olive oil 1teaspoon
ingredients for white sauce
2table spoon all purpose floor
2table spoon butter
4 cuos of milk
Salt 1/4tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Oregano seasoning 1tsp
Grated cheese 1/2cup
for toppings
Grated processed cheese 1cup
Oregano seasoning 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Butter cubes 1table spoon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a semi hard dough and rest for 30 min.
Roll a big thin roti. cut it in 2×2inches size .
Boil water in pan and pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil in it .
Add all sheets in it and boil for 15 minutes.
Take out these sheets from the hot water and put them in cold water for some time .
Now take out all spinach lagana sheets and dry them with kitchen towel .And brush them with oil .And keep aside .
For shahi paneer
Boil water in pan add cashews ,onion and garlic in it and boil. For 5 minutes .And make a smooth paste of it .
Now take another pan add butter in it add ginger garlic paste add onion cashews paste sotey it .
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder ,salt in it.. ..Sote it and add tomato puree in it .Cook for 5 to 6 min.
Add cream and milk in it .Add masoori methi in it ..Cook on simmer flame add elaichi powder in it ..And then add cubed paneer in it ..Cook on simmer flame for 5 minutes.
For veg curry .Heat a pan add oil in it add garlic sote it ..Add Onion in it ..Sote it for a minute .Add all vegetables and salt .Cook it with a lid .When veggies are cooked well add tomato puree and coriander powder in it ..Cook for 5 minutes.and keep aside .
For white sauce ..Take another pan heat butter in it add all purpose flour in it keep low flame ..Store continuously now add milk store continuously .Now add Sally pepper and cheese and oregano .Cook for 5 minutes ..It bocome thick ..Keep aside.
Now preheat the oven at 180℃.
Take a oven proof glass dish .grease it with butter
Spread some white sauce on the bottom ..Then place 2 or three lasagna sheet according to your dish .
Then add veg curry on the lasagna sheets .Spread some white sauce and grated cheese on them cover with another sheets of lasagna
Then add shahi paneer gravy on lasagna sheets .Add white sauce on them ..And grated cheese on..them
And lastly add another sheets of lasagna and cover with white sauce and grated cheese ..Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on top.
Put some butter cubes on the top.
Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till cheese melts and little brown colour appears.
Take out the dish from oven and serve hot .
Cut through from the bottom layer so that you get all the taste of each layer .
