Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dhalia 1 cup
  2. Jowar rava 1 cup
  3. Black n white Urad dhal 3/4 cup
  4. methi seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak dal separately for 2 hours along with methi seeds
  2. Soak dhalia and jowar together for 1 hour
  3. Grind them separately and mix together, adding salt to the batter
  4. Allow the batter to ferment overnight
  5. Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Serve with any chutney
