Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhada flour- 1 cup
  2. Sabudana 1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
  3. Sendha Namak/Salt as per taste
  4. Oil - 2 tsp
  5. For Stuffing :
  6. Paneer 1/2 cup (grated)
  7. Carrot 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  8. Peanuts 1/2 cup (crushed)
  9. Oil 2 to 3 tsp
  10. Sendha Namak/Salt as per taste
  11. Chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp
  12. White pepper 1/2 tsp
  13. Chopped green coriander
  14. For Chutney:
  15. Blanched Tomatoes - 2
  16. Whole red chillies 5 to 6
  17. Sendha Namak/Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the sabudana for an hour at least and grind it properly to make a paste. Now knead a dough with sabudana paste and singhada flour.
  2. Place a pan on a stove and add oil. Add chopped carrots, cook it for 1 minute, add grated paneer and crushed peanuts. Mix well.
  3. Add green chillies, coriander, sendha namak and a little bit of white pepper. Mix properly.
  4. Turn off the gas and set aside to let the mixture cool.
  5. Now roll out the dough and add a tbsp of the stuffing in each and close it to form momos. Steam it in a steamer properly for 15 minutes.
  6. For Chutney: Take tomatoes, whole red chilli and salt. Grind it properly in a mixer grinder.
  7. Serve the hot momos with spicy tomato chutney.
