Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 500 gms
  2. Chana dal 75 gms
  3. Garlic 2 pods
  4. Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tbsp
  5. Haldi or turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Cinnamon 1 stick
  7. Cloves 4-5
  8. Cardamon 3-4
  9. Onion 2 chopped
  10. Mint leaves 1
  11. Coriander 2 sprigs chopped
  12. Green chilli as per taste
  13. Egg 1
  14. Lime juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat with chana dal, garlic, chilli powder, haldi, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in a pressure cooker. Add water and salt as needed.
  2. After 1 whistle simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cool and grind cooked meat in a grinder.
  4. Add the onion, green chilli and mint leaves into this.
  5. Add a beaten egg into it.
  6. Shallow fry the kababs in oil or ghee.
