Roast the grated coconut with 1 tablespoon of ghee till it turns brown in colour, then make a powder of it.
Also powder the dry dates and roast it in ghee for 10 minutes. Then make a powder form of the almonds and cashews as well.
In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp of ghee and let it take the shape of a ball.
Take a kadhai, put in the jaggery and 1 teaspoon of water to prepare the syrup. Once it forms a thread consistency add all the other ingredients and prepare the ladoos.
