Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mawa (khoya) 300 grams
  2. Dessicated coconut 1 cup
  3. Castor sugar 2 cups
  4. Green cardamom 2 to 3 pieces
  5. Milk for making the ladoos little wet (around half cup)
  6. Almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First take the khoya out from the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Take a wok add khoya in it, stir it till it gets soft.
  3. Add sugar in it.
  4. Mix it well till the sugar gets mixed properly with khoya.
  5. Now add milk and elaichi in it.
  6. Mix it till the khoya becomes soft.
  7. Now turn the flame off.
  8. Let it cool a bit.
  9. Add dessicated coconut.
  10. And make round shaped balls with your hands.
  11. Garnish it with almonds.
