Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm chicken mince
  2. 4 tbsp fried and grounded onion
  3. 3 tbsp cooking oil
  4. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tbsp raw papaya
  6. 1 tbsp red chilli, crushed
  7. 1 tbsp whole coriander, crushed
  8. 1 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small pan dry roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chilli. Then let it cool and grind it.
  2. Take the chicken mince in a mixing bowl. Add in the fried onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya, garam masala, salt and the grounded masala. Mix well until it is combined.
  3. Leave it 20 mins to blend the flavour. Then shape into seek kebabs and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it's set.
  4. Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat.
  5. Put the kababs on the griddle. Then fry the kababs on each side for 2-3 mins or until they turn golden in colour.
  6. Once done, take it out in a serving platter. The tawa kababs are ready to be served.
