ABOUT Tawa kebab RECIPE

Monsoon season is here and we can make various experiment with available ingredients, to make tawa kebabs i used both chicken and mutton, and it was yummy in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless chicken 250 gm
  2. Mutton mince 250 gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. finely chopped onion 1
  5. gram flour or besan 2 tbsp
  6. Roasted crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  11. Chopped green chilli 3 to 4
  12. egg 1
  13. salt 1.5 teaspoon
  14. oil 3 to4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. grind boneless chicken in a grinder to a fine paste.
  2. grind mutton mince in a grinder to make more fine paste.
  3. mix chicken mince and mutton mince together.
  4. now add all ingredients mentioned listed above except oil.
  5. mix all together and keep refrigerated till 1 hour.
  6. Take oil on your palm and make round flatten tikkis for kebabs. Again refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Heat non stick Tawa with oil and Shallow fry kebabs and till tenders.
  8. When done, remove from tawa and serve with your choice salad.
