Ingredients Serving: 2
Oil/Butter- 1- tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped)- 1- tsp
Flour/maida- 2- tbsp
Milk- 60- ml
Water- 60- ml
Salt- 1- to taste
Black pepper powder- 1- to taste
Wheat flour (sieved)- 60- grm(1/2cup
Baking powder- 1- tsp
Baking soda- 1- or 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1- or 1/4 tsp
Oil- 1- tbsp
Curd- 30- grms
Water- 1- to knead
Tomato ketchup- 3- tbsp
Onion(sliced)- 1- small
Capsicum(sliced)- 1- small
Pizza seasoning herb- 1- tsp
Instructions
To make a white sauce:- In a pan add butter/oil and heat it. Then add chopped garlic, saute it. Now add maida and cook it for 3-5 minutes (keep stirring). Then add milk & water and mix well till there is no lumps and till sauce gets thickened. Add salt and pepper for taste, mix it. Pizza white sauce is ready.
To make the Dough:- In a bowl add sieved wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, curd, mix it and make a soft dough. Last add oil on dough and gently rub it and leave it for 10min. (By this time cut out veggies and keep ready).
To make Pizza:- Roll the dough into a round shape. Place it in a pizza tray (brush oil on tray before adding pizza base). Add tomato ketchup and spread it, top of it add white sauce and spread it, now add one by one veggies, sprinkle pizza seasoning herb, salt and top of it add white sauce. Now pre-heat the kadai with placing a stand(10min in medium flame). Place the pizza tray inside the pan. Bake it till 30-40 min. White sauce Pizza is ready to serve.

I am always a fan of spaghetti, this one will surely add a different flavor to it. There are some who prefers spaghetti without sweetness but I love it the sweet way. Regards, Yang R..
