Very healthy as it is made up of wheat flour and used homemade paneer as a one of the toppings which is best. (Jain / No onion/No garlic)
Dough preparation:
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and with your hands make a well in the center, add baking powder, baking soda, curd, oil and salt and mix it well. Add water and make a soft dough.
Place it in an oil greased bowl and in a warm place for 3 hours.
Pizza sauce:
In a pan add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes and mix it well. Allow it to simmer and cook till thick.
Pizza base:
Once the dough has proved/well rested, knead it again and roll it out to make a pizza base.
Cook on both the sides using regular pizza pan but allowing it to be cooked by putting the lid of pan on top.
Once it becomes light brown, remove it from heat and allow it to come down to room temperature.
Get pizza ready:
Take one of the pizza base we made, apply the sauce, toppings and cheese. Again put it into the pan, put the lid on it. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Serve hot.

Hi. Today I tried it. I followed the exact proportions. But taste of base was not good in my pizza. It was like soda taste. Can you please tell me what could have gone wrong?
