Ingredients Serving: 4
Pizza dough preparation:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp oil
1 cup lukewarm water
Pizza sauce:
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Toppings:
1 cup tomato slices
1 cup green capsicum
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup paneer cubes(have used homemade)
1 cup olive and jalapeno rings
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Dough preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, add yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp lukewarm water and rest it for 5 mins.
Now add whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water into it to make soft dough.
Rest it in a warm place for 3 hours.
Sauce preparation:
In a pan add tomatoes, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, ketchup and make a thick sauce.
Base preparation:
Once dough is proved, roll it out and cut it using circular mould to make coins.
Pizza making:
Place the pizza coins in butter greased oven tray, apply sauce and sprinkle all the toppings on it, on to add lots of cheese and bake it into preheated oven for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees
Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes on it and serve it!
