  18. 1 cup corns
  19. 1/4 cup paneer, chopped
  20. Butter as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, take the maida/flour and add in the sugar, salt and yeast. Mix it well together.
  2. Make a smooth dough by adding in warm milk. Rub a little butter on your palm and coat the dough. Keep it covered aside for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours it will have doubled itself. Now knead it well and bring it back to it's previous form once again.
  4. To prepare the sauce, take a frying pan and add a little butter to heat, then add the garlic, capsicums and stir fry on a high flame for a few minutes.
  5. Now add the tomatoes with a little salt. Mix it well and add 2 tablespoons of water. Then cover and cook for a while.
  6. After 10 mins, add the pizza herbs and cover it. Then turn off the flame. The base is ready to be baked.
  7. To bake without an oven, you need a cooker with the outer lid or a big aluminium idli pot.
  8. To this idli pot, add salt and keep a wired stand, then keep it on a low flame to heat while it's covered.
  9. Grease a baking tray/ dhokala plate/ flat plate/ rice pot.
  10. Take a ball of dough and roll it into a circle. Then keep it on the greased plate and make hole shapes with a fork.
  11. After 10 mins of preheating on a low flame. Open the lid and keep this tray inside. Cover and cook for 8-10 mins.
  12. After this time, open and take the pan out. Now spread the sauce and sprinkle some pizza herbs.
  13. Add your toppings and the pizza topper, then cover this with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake it for another 10 mins.
