Love pizza?! Have instant craving for pizza? No worries, try this instant no yeast flatbread/naan pizza. It’s quite a delight for vegetarians as its filled with protein from cottage cheese and mushroom. I ask the meat eaters to try this combo once.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Flour (1 cup=1 medium pizza) 3 cups
  2. Curd/yogurt/Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
  3. Fine semolina 2-3 tablespoon
  4. Water for kneading as per required
  5. Oil for kneading
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cottage cheese/ paneer 1/2
  8. Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  9. Onion thinly sliced 1
  10. Some Basil And coriander chopped
  11. Salt and pepper as per taste
  12. Olive oil 2 teaspoon
  13. Pizza Cheese for topping
  14. Pizza sauce to spread(2-3 tablespoon per pizza)

Instructions

  1. To prepare the dough mix flour, salt, yogurt, semolina. Now add enough water to make a soft dough. Oil your hands and knead well.
  2. Leave the dough for 20 minutes
  3. Meanwhile crumble the cottage cheese, finely chop the mushrooms and boil them in water till cooked.
  4. Mix cottage cheese, mushrooms and onions with oil, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  5. Pre heat the oven at 180°C first 10 minutes
  6. On a baking try place a parchment pepper.
  7. Make 3 equal balls from the dough.
  8. Take one ball and stretching with your hands place it on the parchment paper. Now further flat it out using your fingers, just enough that you get a thin layer of naan.
  9. Now spread the sauce, top with cottage cheese and mushrooms topping and finally with cheese.
  10. Now sprinkle the Basil and coriander.
  11. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  12. Serve and enjoy hot.
