Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Anardana- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  2. Amchur powder- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  3. Carrot- 1- 1
  4. Red chili powder- 1- 1 teaspoon
  5. Ajwain- 1- 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  7. Palak- 1- 1 bunch

Instructions

  1. Take bread and grind in mixie
  2. Take spinach, carrot, onion, capsicum and chop it
  3. )Mix bread crumbs and chopped veggies with spices
  4. Make small cutlets
  5. Fry it on medium flame, cutlets ready to serve with chutney or sauce
