Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida- 2- cups
  2. Eggs- 3- whole
  3. Mango pulp- 1- cup
  4. Butter- 100- gms
  5. Vanilla essence- 1- teaspoon
  6. Baking powder- 1- teaspoon
  7. Sugar - 3- cup
  8. Milk - 1- cup
  9. null- 0- null

Instructions

  1. whisk egg powdered sugar 2 cup and butter 100 gms in mixer
  2. to the above mix add half cup mango pulp grided and maida
  3. add baking soda and salt a pinch
  4. preheat cooker place tgr greased baking tin with cake mixture prepared
  5. bake it for 60 min
  6. let it cool Mango glaze... Take 1 cup Mango fresh fruit, blend it... Cook it in a pan with half cup of sugar... When sugar melts add 1 cup of water... Keep stirring continuously... You'll get little thick, sauce like consistency, After some 10 min... Transfer it in another bowl to cool... After icing pour it from top..
