In a wok, heat some oil and add the finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Once they turn golden, add the carrots, cabbage and saute for a minute.
Add the bell peppers, pepper powder, soy sauce, green chilli sauce and salt. Then add the paneer and saute for a minute.
Add the pre cooked rice, toss well and let the flavours sink in. (This should take no more than a minute.)
Check for seasoning and serve it hot.
