Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 brinjal
  2. 1 cup of Besan powder
  3. 1tsp -Red chilli powder
  4. oil has required
  5. salt has required
  6. green chilli paste 2 teaspoon
  7. one tablespoon of turmeric powder
  8. Cumin coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  9. one cup of rice flour
  10. one tablespoon of hing
  11. one Pinch of soda

Instructions

  1. First step brinjal wash it & cut in round slice. One side heat oil in one pan.
  2. Take a container add besan, rice,salt, turmeric powder, Cumin coriander powder, ajwan,red chilli powder, soda mix it well add water mix it & with out lummsome of bobbals.
  3. Next add brinjal to batter and apply batter to it. And finally fry it. Serve it hot
