Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm PARWAL
  2. 1 big sized potato
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tea spoon jeera
  5. 5-6 tomatoes
  6. 1 chopped ginger
  7. 1 tea spoon oil
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  11. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  12. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  13. Chopped green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut Parwal and potatoes into small pieces
  2. )Fry it in oil light brown
  3. Keep aside
  4. Make puree of tomatoes ginger and onion
  5. Take kadai put oil add jeera hing and add puree
  6. Put all spices and fried potatoes and parwal
  7. Cover it for some time till it becomes soft
  8. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
