Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. Bay leaf
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tea spoon jeera
  5. 2-3 big size tomatoes
  6. 1 big size onion
  7. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  8. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  9. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  10. Amchur powder
  11. Cream
  12. butter
  13. Green chillies

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into small pieces
  2. Make puree of green chillies, tomatoes, cashew nuts and onion
  3. Take kadai put butter, jeera hing and puree saute till it leaves sides add all spices
  4. Add paneer cubes in it
  5. Add amchur powder and mix well
  6. Garnish with cream
