Wash and cut the beans and potatoes into desired shapes.
Heat oil in a pan/kadhai, add in the cumin seeds, degi mirch, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and onions. Saute till it turns translucent in colour.
Then add the tomatoes, coriander powder and saute until the oil separates itself.
Next add in the beans, potatoes, salt, garam masala, methi leaves. Mix it well, then cover and cook at a low heat till it's cooked.
Add coriander leaves as a garnish and serve this dish.
