Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Beans 1/2 kg
  2. Oil 1 tsp
  3. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  4. Dry red chili -3
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and finely chop beans
  2. Pressure cook beans with water and salt over high heat for 2 whistles
  3. Release the pressure immediately, drain excess water and keep it aside
  4. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chili and saute for few seconds. Add seasoning to beans. Mix well and serve
