as by its name I have made this kabab from Dahi Bada i fried bada and soaked in water then squized from water, added mashed potatoes besan , bread crumbs and made these Kabab

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. for bada....
  2. Urad dal half cup
  3. Salt as per your taste
  4. Cumin powder half teaspoon
  5. boil potatoes ..2
  6. finely chopped onion..1
  7. Finely chopped green chillies 2
  8. Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  9. garam masala half teaspoon
  10. finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  11. Chat masala half teaspoon
  12. breadcrumbs half cup
  13. chickpea flour..2 tab.spoon

Instructions

  1. wash properly soaked dal
  2. put it in the mixer grinder
  3. make a fine paste added with cumin seed and salt
  4. make small size badas and fry it in the oil.
  5. when turns in golden brown colour take it out in the plate
  6. soak it in water for 15 to 20 minutes
  7. now in a plate take mashed potato mixed with all ingredients
  8. squeeze all badas from the water
  9. Add breadcrumbs and besan or chick peas flour
  10. mix all ingredients properly
  11. make kabab from it
  12. you can make different shapes with your own choice
  13. fry all Kabab with golden brown colour
  14. and dahi bade Kabab is ready
  15. Serve hot with chutneys
