Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Rosted besan 5-6 tsp full
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Kasoori methi 1tsp
  6. For filling :
  7. Kaju [cashew nuts] chopped 2 tsp
  8. Badam [almonds] chopped 2 tsp
  9. Kishmish [raisins] 2 tsp
  10. Half onion fine chopped
  11. Hara dhaniya [coriander leaves] chopped 3 tsp
  12. Podina [mint leaves] chopped 1tsp
  13. Chopped green chilli 1
  14. Chopped ginger 1tsp
  15. Salt
  16. Garam masala 1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, besan, salt, red chilly powder, kasoori methi and mix well to form a dough.
  2. The dough should be little sticky, if it feels more watery, then add 2 tsp more of the besan and mix well.
  3. Now for the filling, mix all the ingredients of the filling, add 1 tsp of the curd mix made above into this filling.
  4. Now take some maida in a plate for dusting. Now take some curd mixture, fill it with little filling and shape as cutlets. Coat the cutlets with the maida.
  5. Now heat a pan with some oil.
  6. Now place the kababs on the pan. cook on both sides until golden.
