ABOUT Dahi ke Kabab RECIPE

Dahi kabab recipe, I am sharing is the traditional method ,which uses gram flour as the binding agent. it is easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 ml curd
  2. 3 tbsp gram flour
  3. 2 tbsp onion
  4. 4 green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  6. one teaspoon curry leaves
  7. Half teaspoon jeera
  8. salty to taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  10. 2 tbsp Oil
  11. 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. keep strainer on top of a deep bowl.
  2. line a muslin
  3. add fresh curd
  4. bring the edges of the muslin together and place it to drain the whey.
  5. next day, the whey will be drained and there will be thick and creamy hung curd
  6. Now remove the hung curd in a mixing bowl
  7. heat heavy pain and add gram flour
  8. roast gram flour till it becomes aromatic and changes the colour ,add in mixing bowl.
  9. now add onion ,green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, jeera, turmeric,salt to taste
  10. mix wel.
  11. heat Pan, add oil and take small portion of mixture & flatten it.
  12. let them become Golden from both the side.
  13. Serve hot with tomato sauce
