Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for bread dough....
  2. Maida three fourth cup
  3. East 1 teaspoon
  4. sugar powder to tablespoon
  5. carom seed half teaspoon
  6. for kebabs....
  7. grated beetroot 1
  8. boiled potatoes 2
  9. chickpea flour to tablespoon
  10. ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  11. Garam Masala one teaspoon
  12. chopped green chillies... 2
  13. coriander leaves
  14. red chilli powder and salt as per your taste
  15. chat masala

Instructions

  1. for bread dough...
  2. in lukewarm water add sugar powder and yeast
  3. cover it for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. in a Big Bowl take refined flour and add salt and carrom seeds
  5. now add yeast mixed milk
  6. Knead it
  7. make a proper dough
  8. Cover it and keep it aside for half an hour
  9. for kebabs...
  10. In a bowl, Mash potatoes
  11. add grated and squeezed beet root
  12. at chickpea flour salt
  13. add red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and Garam Masala
  14. add chopped green chillies and finely chopped onion
  15. mix all ingredients properly
  16. now make kabab from it
  17. roast it on tawa added little oil.
  18. Or Shallow fry it
  19. now take a small piece of bread dough
  20. Roll It Like chapati
  21. put one Kebab on chapati
  22. and Roll It
  23. now make small pieces from it
  24. put it on baking tray and bake it
  25. on 180 degree temperature bake it for 25 to 30 minutes
  26. and baked Kabab rolls are ready
