Keep handy all the ingredients
In a bowl beat the clarified butter , sugar , 1 whole egg and the egg whites till you get a smooth mixture
Add the cardamon powder into it
In a large bowl put the maida and add salt and yeast and mix it thoroughly
In a bowl beat the egg yolk and the food colour
Now add the liquid mixture gradually into the maida and knead it
Cover the bowl with cling film and keep aside for one hour
Preheat oven in 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes
Now take small portion from the dough , make peda and flatten it in the palm
Line the baking tray with burger paper and keep the kulchas on it
Brush it with egg yolk mixture and sprinkle some sesame seeds on each kulcha
Bake for 15 minutes at 180' celsius and then at 200 degree for 5 minutes
Keep it on cooling rack for some time and the tasty kashmiri Kulcha is ready to serve with hot cup of kahwa
