ABOUT Coriander Coconut Chutney RECIPE

A no fry easy and quick chutney made with fresh coriander and coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh coriander- 6 to 10 strands
  2. Fresh coconut - pieces of 1/2 coconut
  3. Fried bengal gram dal - 1 tablespoon
  4. Tamarind - 1 inch size piece
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Water - as needed to grind

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixer. Blend it dry to make a coarse mixture.
  2. Then pour in water little by little and blend it well for a few times to make a smooth fine chutney.
  3. Serve it with hot idlies/dosa or parathas.

coriander and coconut together sounds like a lovely combo, will try this with my dosa next time :)
